  5. (sc in next 3 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (30)
  6. (sc in next 4 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (36)
  7. (sc in next 5 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (42)
  8. (sc in next 6 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (48)
  9. (sc in next 7 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (54)

Stuff the piece.

Do not cut the yarn. Let’s make the tentacles. The entire round is crocheted in the front loops only.

  1. Ch 51. Starting in the third chain from the hook, 1 hdc in the third chain, 2 hdc in the next 48 st. Sc in each of the next 3 front loops, ch 51. Starting in the third chain from the hook, 1 hdc, 2 hdc in the next 48 st.
    Repeat the instructions until you have 8 tentacles. Close with two sc in front loops.

1. Start 6 sc in a magic ring (6)

2. work 2 sc in each st around (12)

3. (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (18)

4. (sc in next 2 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (24)

Turn the octopus upside down and find the free back loops. Sew the bottom part using these back loops. Before completing the closure, stuff the octopus well.
Cut the yarn and weave in the end.

Start crocheting with the main color of the octopus

  1. Begin with 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
  2. Work 2 sc in each stitch around (12)
  3. (sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 6 times (18)
  4. (sc in next 5 st, 2 sc in next st) repeat 3 times (21)
  5. sc in each stitch around. Continue with the white color
    6-7. sc in each stitch around
    8. (5 sc, dec) x3 (18).
    Fill the eye with fiberfill
    9. (sc in next stitch, dec) repeat 6 times (12)
    10. dec x6 (6)
    Leave a yarn tail for sewing. Sew the eyes onto the head.
